All main posts, soleplates, eaves beams and the curved braces are made from green oak, together with rafters and studwork in treated softwood. The frame is manufactured using traditional building methods, using full timber joints.

The price also includes all necessary softwood weatherboard, staddle stones, DPC to be laid under the soleplate, and a fixings pack (which includes enough nails, timber plugs, pegs, pins, and coach screws to fully assemble the frame and weatherboard). Also included is a full set of clear, easy-to-follow assembly instructions and most importantly, independent structural calculations.

Standard drawings take approximately one week. Design your own drawings usually take up to two weeks.

We can give you a price for delivery in mainland UK, or you are welcome to pick your garden room up from our factory in East Sussex.

Standard size frames will be made to order and usually delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, from the time of production drawing sign off. Design your own frames may take a little longer and delivery time will be quoted on an individual basis.
